THE ENG & GOST!!!

As you may have heard already, Arlo Eisenberg, formerly of Franco Shade Clothing, has started a new label called GOST. I am happy to announce that I (Jess Dyrenforth) will be joining Arlo in this new venture.

Arlo and I have been friends for over fifteen years. In that time we have worked together on many projects. We toured the world together with the Roces Team and helped to develop the first aggressive inline skate, The Majestic 12. We collaborated for many years, along with Angie Walton, on Daily Bread Magazine. And finally, in 2004 Arlo and I became neighbors in Downtown Santa Ana in The Artists Village. Nothing could be more natural than Arlo and I embarking on this new chapter together.

Now I know a lot of questions will come arise on whats the fate of England Clothing... we will still proceeding with THE ENG. in 2009 but hope to focus a lot more on cut and sew, and focus more on items like jeans/ cords/ etc., just so thats out of the way, THE ENG. will still be stronger then ever in 09, but it is a complete seperate venture.

I cannot tell you how excited I am about my new future with GOST. With Arlo's creative direction and my fifteen years of experience handling production GOST promises to be a standout brand that will hit the ground running!

NEW YORK & MR. KNIGHT-

So I was trying to get to New York for new years to expierence that, but we could not get out until Jan 1st in the morning, which sucked, but saved loads of money doing so. While we were there, hooked up with Ado (whos a local, and anyone going to NY should hook up cause hes a really awesome dude, and he likes going to pubs) who took us around Manhattan, and met up with Mr. Ramelle Knight which is on 50/50 flow. He has a lot in store with everything from his album, to dipskate, to rocking 50/50 frames this year, which made us look forward to the future. NEW OXFORD ZIP SAMPLES-

We just recently went over to our manufacturer to check the status of the Oxford zip ups, they are complete and should be shipping out this week, we got a few images from the samples they had, we should be shipping them out tomorrow and in your shops soon. Other then that, still waiting for the new frames to come over from China. They are along awaited and hope to get them soon.
